If you didn't already know, Brooks likes her alone time. Some nights she prefers to sleep downstairs or in the guest room (we say that it's her room). But, she always comes in for snuggles early in the morning. Yesterday, she came in, jumped up on the bed and laid down for pets.
What comes next is the best part…
She decided that she needed belly rubs, so she rolled over, with a little too much effort. Next thing she knew, she was rolling completely over and then all the way off the bed. We watched in sloooowwww motion as we saw her disappear off the side of the bed. She landed on her feet. ON HER FEET. Like she's a cat or something. Impressive.
Needless to say, she is totally fine. Ego is a little bruised, but dang that girl must be athletic.
